Hiroshi Fujiwara is a pioneer in streetwear, music, and art, and the ultimate arbiter of cool. Known internationally as one of the founding fathers of Tokyo's Harajuku scene, Fujiwara exerts a disproportionate influence over contemporary design culture. Originally released during the 2011 Tokyo Book Fair at the Museum of Contemporary Art, the book features interviews and portraits of Hiroshi Fujiwara, along with a special feature that conveys the appeal of "people."
Shokugeki" is a magazine that focuses on the richness that lies in a casual lifestyle. In its 11th issue, the magazine features Hiroshi Fujiwara in a portrait series that highlights the individual. He has been a driving force in culture, fashion, art, and music in the constantly changing city of Tokyo, and the magazine follows his diverse activities through interviews and coverage.
